Our Story
Eight years ago two sisters, Marlowe and June, sat at a kitchen table and complained about shopping.
They had come home from another trip with nothing. Everything had looked right on the hanger. Nothing felt right after two hours.
So they started buying differently. Fewer pieces, and only ones they would wear themselves. Cuts that sit well on a body that has lived a bit, not on a sample size. Fabric you can fold into a suitcase and still wear to dinner.
We are not chasing seasons. If a dress works, it stays.
Eight years on, that is still the whole idea.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. You will never see a shipping charge added at checkout. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How can I make sure it will fit me properly?
Every product page has a Size Chart link just above the size selector, with US body measurements for bust, waist and hips. Measure yourself over your underwear and match those numbers — if you fall between two sizes, take the larger one. Still unsure? Contact us and we will help you choose.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery time after that depends on your address; the estimated dispatch date is shown on every product page. Current delivery estimates per destination are listed in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have an account, you can also follow your order from your account page. No email after a few days? Check your spam folder, then let us know.
I have an issue with my order. How can I contact you?
Use our contact page and we will reply within one business day. Tell us your order number and what went wrong — returns are accepted within 30 days, see the Refund Policy.

We see hundreds of pieces a season and keep very few. A cut has to sit right on a real waist, not a sample size. The fabric has to come out of a suitcase and still be worth wearing. The length has to work without heels. Most things fail one of those, and we let them go. What is left is the collection — smaller than it could be, on purpose.
